Why can't I see ratings in the players & watch lists or during or after a game?

If you are unable to see the ratings in these cases, you have "Casual Play" mode turned on. In this mode, ratings are hidden.

You can toggle casual play mode on & off in the settings. Turning it off will show the player ratings during the game and the rating changes after the game.

Click your avatar in the upper right, click "settings" then click OFF for Casual Play then click "Save"
