If you are unable to see the ratings in these cases, you have Casual Play mode turned on. In this mode, ratings are hidden.
You can toggle casual play mode on & off in the settings. Turning it off will show the player ratings during the game and the rating changes after the game.
Tap/click your avatar in the upper right, select "settings" then toggle Casual Play OFF then close the settings box to save.
