Here's a step by step for accessing your Chessbase Video.
First, you need to download the Chessbase video player. The video player comes for both Mac and Windows.
WINDOWS Users
First, you need to download the Chessbase video player for Windows. See image below. Click the "Setup" (second line) as marked by the red arrow labelled WINDOWS Installer.
Once the installer is downloaded, run it and follow the installation instructions.
You will be asked to enter your Activation Key, which you'll find at the bottom of the screen (as shown above).
MAC Users
First, you need to download the Chessbase video player for MAC. See image below. Click the "Installer for APPLE MACOSX" (first line) as marked by the red arrow labelled MAC Installer.
Once the installer is downloaded, run it and follow the installation instructions.
Once complete you should see a window like the below image.
Here you can drag and drop the video series to your Applications folder for easy access.
Finally, once you click on the video series player, you could get a malicious software warning, click OK and then
click on the MAC icon at the top and select System Preferences.
Next, select SECURITY AND PRIVACY, and select the tab GENERAL
You will see an option that says: "Open Anyway".
Click "Open Anyway" and the program should open fine.
You will be asked to enter your Activation Key, which you'll find at the bottom of the Chessbase installer download screen (first image above).
