To change your sounds go to the Settings toolbar in Dasher and click on the Sounds tab
Sound Events: Click on a sound event and choose a sound in the
drop-down Name: box below.
If you aren't sure which sound goes with which event, you can hear a sample of the sound by clicking on the
play arrow directly to the right of the drop-down box.
If there is an event that you want no sound for, simply select (None) at the very top of the
drop-down Name: box.
Volume: You can adjust the master volume of the Dasher program by using the slider bar to set the volume from High to Low.
To get rid of all sounds, check the Mute box near the lower right-hand corner of the Volume section.
- Occasionally, you may find that you are missing some sounds even though your sound settings are correct. In this case, usually when Windows itself has messed up its sound system, restarting the program or even rebooting the computer may be necessary.
