An administrator is a volunteer who, along with the ICC helper, enjoys helping people understand how to use the ICC. Admins can help you with payment queries, password problems, address updates, behaviour concerns and many other specific queries you may have.
Type 'showadmin' in the command bar under your console to see a list of admins currently online. Then send a personal 'tell' to one of the admins on that list. Example 'tell Lisebeth Hello'
New administrators are sometimes added, when ICC management feels there is a need for more admins. ICC management will send an invitation to a specific individual to submit a resume, if it believes that person has some specific skill that would be beneficial to ICC. (Such skills might be non-English language skills, location in a country not represented yet by ICC admins, or typical logins at times when there are usually very few admins logged in).
Invitations will be sent only to individuals who have demonstrated a deep knowledge of all ICC features and policies, who have demonstrated mature behavior, interpersonal skills, and helpfulness to other members, and who have a specific skill the ICC currently needs.
