If you're not getting an email from ICC to reset the password, first check your spam folder. If you still don't receive it, you may have an old email address listed with ICC.
For assistance updating your email, please write to email@example.com and explain you forgot your password and that you are not getting the password reset email.

You can also log into ICC as a guest and type this in your main console:
You will receive a list of currently online and available Administrators. Type on the command bar of your interface:
/tell (username) Hello I forgot my password.
You will replace (username) with a name from the /showadmin list.
