To buy membership/renew:
- Go to your ICC Store account: https://store.chessclub.com/customer/account
- If prompted to log in, enter your username and password, then click Sign In.
(If you need to reset your password, click “Forgot your password?” in the lower right, or go to:
https://login.chessclub.com/Account/ForgotPassword
You will be sent an automated email with a link. You will need to click through the link in the email, then follow the steps to set a new password. If the reset email does not arrive in your normal inbox, be sure to check your junk/spam folder as these automated messages are sometimes filtered as spam.)
- Click the “Memberships” link in the menu at the top.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button next to your desired membership. (If you prefer a prepaid/non-recurring membership, click the “Prepaid” link at the left, then the “Add to cart” button next to your desired prepaid membership on the prepaid memberships page)
- If choosing an auto-renewing plan, tick the box stating you understand it will renew automatically, then click “Add to Cart” (This step is unnecessary if choosing a prepaid membership)
- On the Shopping Cart screen, click the “Proceed to checkout” button to provide your credit card details to finalize the purchase. (If purchasing a prepaid membership, you will also have the option to checkout using PayPal if you prefer.)

Olá,
Quero renovar e pagar, mas não por intermédio de cartão de crédito. Quero pagar com um boleto bancário, como fazer? E tem mais, porque não avisam com uma antecedência razoável que está expirando? Esperam para dizer que não tenho mais acesso.. Lamentável
