A User Button is a feature in Blitzin that allows you to enter a command quickly. In the top of your interface you find 10 User Buttons numbered 1 - 10. Buttons in use have black numbers. Those not yet used are grey. Pressing the corresponding number button will issue the command.
Auto Thanks is a feature of the interface Dasher. With BlitzIn you can use a User Button.
Menu above: Edit > Settings > User Buttons Tab.
In the space next to the 1 you would type: 'say Thank you for the game' and press ok. A 'say' goes to your current or last opponent.
In the future, when you press User Button 1 along the top, your opponent will receive a tell thanking him/her for the game.
If you issue a seek request on a regular basis, you could set this to User Button 2. To do this, follow the step as explained above. In the space next to the 2, you would type ‘seek 2 12 r’ and press ok. Now to issue a seek asking for a rated game with a time control of 2 12, you would simply press the 2 along the top and your seek will be issued.
In a User Button you can add '%opp' in your command line. BlitzIn will automaticly insert the name of your current or last opponent on this spot.
Examples:
say Good game %opp! <handshake>
When you use this User Button and your opponent was Eendje then Eendje will be told 'Good game Eendje! <handshake>
finger %opp
When you use this User Button you will get the profile of your current or last opponent.
assess %opp
When you use this User Button you will get the possible rating changes between you and your current or last opponent.
